First phone call encouraging and helpful. the team gives outstanding customer service. The doctor is very ethical and honest. He repaired temporarily a n o n working hearing aid, no charge, that my prior office said no parts were made and couldn't be fixed. He fitted me with demos and is working with me until I learn if I have assistance from a disability group as I need to hear for work. I highly recommend this office and team.
