very easy to work with. Appreciate they let me know what was wrong from the inspection but were honest about what is an immediate concern vs what can wait. Didn't feel pushy. They were also able to give me specifics about the measurements and tolerance failures which shows they are really going through the inspection not just making stuff up. Also its nice they do everything online, just makes scheduling and follow up more convenient.

Brought my car in for an oil light issue. Was quoted $240 for a diagnostic, then offered 50% off before they even looked at the vehicle — which made me question the pricing right away. They had my car for over 3 hours, and it never appeared to move. I was then quoted over $500 to replace a roughly $50 oil pressure sensor. I understand labor and overhead, but this did not feel transparent or “stress-free.” I left more frustrated than when I arrived.

They were really helpful and fixed my issue fast, I would really recommend them because they make time to fit you in even without appointments. Price is acceptable due to the quality work they do.
