I've visited the Allied Gallery twice now and I wanted to highlight the positive customer service experience I've had so far with Bill, Eric, and Rachel. Allied Gallary was contracted to install my undermount kitchen sink through DR Horton. After a year of being in my home, I noticed my sink started to drop and water leaking underneath the sink. Called DR Horton Customer warranty and of course they denied my claim, stating I'm past the 1 year warranty. Looked underneath my sink and it's secured with pieces of wood drilled into my cabinets. No clips or brackets underneath the sink like it should be only wood.
