very unprofessional, no customer service. They owe me a refund!
These are great people with great products. About 8 or 9 years ago, I was looking for a mattress for the goose-neck of my horse trailer. He told me what I needed, cut it to fit the nose of my trailer and put a really nice cover on it. It is still comfortable and in great shape. Reasonably priced too! I have been back a few times for small projects and they are friendly, fast and do a great job.
Talk to Kenneth if you have a special medical need and you need a mattress made. He will ask what the physical limitations are, what special requirements you might have, and will make sure that you get exactly what you need. For a good price too!
Highly recommended. I needed a foam insert solution for a rather large pedal board case. They quickly assessed my need, measured it, recommended the best foam, and completed the cut and delivery within 30 minutes - amazing, and for an extremely reasonable price!
