A man showed up at our house at 7am this morning and started taking photos. We are having some construction work done, so he also took photos of the dumpster outside. Thinking he was with the city, we pointed him to our permit. We asked who he was, and he said he was just taking photos of "hurricane damage" (hurricane that happened a month ago?) Not sure what kind of scam is going on here but some guy pulled up our drive way; which is a quarter mile long, completely ignoring the MULTIPLE no trespassing signs. Claimed to be a field inspector for our mortgage company but didn't even know with whom our mortgage is placed. Nor did he know our names. AND he said he thought he would be inspecting a mobile home. Judy & Phil Gallo are very attentive and involved with the over all operations of the company and the inspection process. They demand professionalism and accuracy from every inspector. Allied Field services has the best field support for their inspectors in the business. Awesome Company to work with!
Some strange woman was standing in my yard taking picture of my home. Asked her for a business card and asked for her to leave my property. She told me she was "carrying"! What kind of company does this? Now looking at her business card it's for some type of pre-paid legal services! I hope Judy Gallo (owner) knows what's going on. Poor!
