I've been with this Credit Union for a couple of decades. It was great when I first joined but then it became more and more like a bank and not a very good bank. All kinds of fees including what they call an invalid address fee of $5 a month. I'm getting my paperwork in order and then closing my account. I have already got another account with an actual Credit Union
Meh. I loved them at first. They gave me a decent rate on an auto refinance. However I'm annoyed as of recent. Someone wrecked the ATM at the Mansfield location maybe six months ago and they have not repaired it. And now when I log into the app or website to make a transfer to pay the car loan, it gives me an error that my password is incorrect. I know it's correct. So I call to make the transfer (every month) and rep tells me "yeah, its a known issue". Well is AFCU gonna fix it or ignore it like that ATM?
AFCU ( Allied Federal Credit Union) is my go to for my financial needs. They have taken very good care of my finances for decades. The customer service when entering is top notch. I usually have a wonderful, professional customer service experience when using Allied. However, I received the most unhelpful, unprofessional experience with this bank. I called in to see if another associate could assist as I had already had been verbally abused via email by another with a huge attitude. If I could give negative stars for that person I would!!! I have been a member of this credit union for over 15 years. I have always had great experience with with the employees of the credit union. Employee Anna Maria Greensberg has always worked with me with a my banking needs. Anna always go the extra mile to make sure I am happy with her service. Anna is a great representative for the credit union and its service to it's clients
