I really liked the staff in person, but trying to get a hold of them by phone is almost impossible. I usually only get the voicemail and no one ever calls you back, the one time I acutally got thru, I was put on hold for almost 20 minutes. I have been waiting to get my referrals done for 3 weeks now, they keep asking me the same questions over and over again and still nothing. I'm getting really tired of this.
What an excellent staff! Efficient, kind, and professional. Mary, Dianeles, Dr. Dayami, and Gigi, I can't thank you enough for helping my sons! 5 stars for sure!
