Very nice professional staff. Front desk ladies were accommodating and friendly. Testing technician was friendly and nice.. Dr. Patel took time to explain everything and answered all my questions. Overall, very good experience. I will be coming back
I have been a patient at allied eye care for 3 years. I showed up yesterday 10 minutes late to my appointment and was handed a binder to fill out. The office manager 2 minutes later came out, talked about me like I wasn’t there, and told the receptionist she would have to reschedule me because I was 12 minutes late. I was offered the option to reschedule weeks later even though I was in the office. I declined the offer and scheduled a new patient appointment elsewhere. SO EXPENSIVE AND THE TECHS ARE NASTY
They tried to charge me $185 for an eye exam plus $75 for the "contact exam" which was obviously the same thing. Acted like they were giving me a deal by knocking it down to $90 for the exam, charged an extra $32 for a random test I didn't get told was extra, then tricked me into suggesting buying a years worth of contacts from them. "That will be $600" they said....... Who walks into an eye Dr expecting to pay $600???? Needless to say I only bought the exam but omg. Will not return.
