The crew they sent were efficient and hardworking in extreme summer heat. I was not only impressed with their work ethic, but with their competency and professionalism. They replaced the roof on the house and garden shed as well as installed new skylights. Before leaving they did a fantastic job of cleaning up the debris and making sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this company.
Roof looks good and the time it took to do was great. The problem starts and ends in sales that is very extensive in explanation. The salesman seemed like a nice enough guy but when you feel lied to over time, it tends to eat at you. When going over the sales pitch, I stated there was a metal roof supplier right outside our town to which the salesperson stated "we are aware of them but we make our own metal that is of superior quality but it is coated by another company." Had I not had the incident with your salesmen tonight I would have been interested in your company in the future for roofing because you are veteran owned. Your salesmen approached yelling hello and pounded, not knocked, but pounded on my door. I also want to point out that this occurred on a Sunday evening after 7pm. Anyone with a normal schedule is winding down for the day. They don’t want some stranger at the door disturbing them.
