Had a disastrous experience with these guys! They were to insulate my attic, but the head of the guys who did the work left half way through the job due to them being “overbooked”. The job wasn’t completed that day as promised. Plus, the guys failed the clean up before they left, knocked holes in my hall walls and ceiling with their ladders and feet. I came in their contact as comfort partner of PSE&G to evaluate energy saving and suggest solution to improve energy saving. The technician named Taek was assigned to visit my home and assess and suggest solution to save energy and improve efficiency. I found him very efficient and organized while working with him. However I was expecting higher rebate from PSE&G to match numbers with suggested saving so I ignored the plan with higher payment balance for next seven years on my part.
Mark Agosto reviewed our home for updated attic sealing/insulation and upgrade of energy systems for possible energy efficiency improvements. While he did a good job of detailing what was needed we decided not to follow through with the work as we had other were happy priorities that were required instead. After these projects are complete we will circle back if it makes sense for us later. However were happy with Mark and his presentation.
