Everyone reviewed information clearly and timely. All were very courteous on phone.
First off, the customer service was exceptional. I was skeptical at first and asked a ton of questions. They answered them all and made me feel very comfortable I was going with the right company for my loan forgiveness. It worked exactly the way they said it would. Yesterday they called to tell me, my loans were all paid and forgiven. That absolutely made my day. I would definately worked with Allied in the future.
I am so grateful to the Allied Team. They helped me with all the paperwork and got my student loan forgiven. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Allied if you're looking for assistance with student loans. A big thank you to the team! Now I don't have to stress about the loan.
Allied customer service is outstanding!! I had read a few complaints about poor customer service in the past -but this has not been the case for me.
