Horrible service! My seat was covered in grease after inspection! I would give no stars but it won't let me. Then quoted me $463 for a part that cost $18 and takes an hour to replace. Do your research and don't let these people take advantage of you. I normally do all the work myself to my vehicles and I went here for convenience and the fact that I can't do state inspections. I will never step foot on another Tread Quarters!
Horrible service. Confirmed what I needed and set up an appointment a week before. I arrived early to discover the tires I wanted were out of stock. The manager was clueless and told me a higher price tire was available. Never apologized for the error. I ended up going to Tire Kingdom where I received wonderful service. Avoid Tread Quarters.....horrendous experience.
Don;t Suggest this Location... I had brought two tires to be put on, and drove off without realizing the damage done during the process. When checking out, the guy mentioned the time took longer than expected due to the vehicle had gotten stuck when driving up on a lift. Ok? So they did the work in the parking lot. Ok? I thought I try out this goodyear store in hemet and since I been there i'm very pleased with the service . They actual show me what my car needs and let me make the decision. They also work with my budget finally a honest shop I feel good about .
I took my car here simply to fix the brakes. When they called me about the estimate, they said it'd be over $1000 because of all the repairs. I told them I ONLY wanted the brakes fixed and nothing else. They agreed and called me back two days later with a $700 bill and way more "fixed" than just my brakes. I could barely afford it, but they wouldn't let me leave without paying them for the work I told them I did not want done. Never again will I go here.

MY NEIGHBORS HAD TOLD ME THAT THIS WAS THE BEST PLACE TO COME FOR CAR REPAIRS, I NORMALLY HAVE MY CAR SERVICED AT THE BUICK DEALER BUT THEY ARE NOW TO EXPENSIVE WITH MY HUSBAND NOT WORKING. I GOT MY CAR COMPLETELY SERVICE WITH ALL NEW FILTERS ,FLUIDS, AND ALIGNMENT- GREAT PRICE AND GREAT HONEST SERVICE- i WILL BE BACK FOR LIFE- THANKS GOODYEAR!!!
