Allied Dermatology was fantastic! They were able to get me in very quicky, and from the moment I arrived, I felt cared for by the whole team. I have been to the Mentor and Landerbrook locations and have seen both Dr. Woodhouse and Dr. Moosally and they were very knowledgable and fantastic! They truly listened to my concerns and took their time with me, never making me feel rushed. I left feeling confident in their care and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of dermatology services!
When you call, you have to wade through layers of auto voice. I got stuck in auto voice heck. After several minutes of S L O W unnecessarily verbose menus, I got another LISTEN TO ALL MENU OPTIONS…. and a lecture about leaving only one voice mail I got frustrated and hung up I get it, staff time is valuable, but my time is valuable too.
This dermatologist is the worst dr I've ever seen. The dr is so unprofessional she didn't even prescribe a medicine that would fix the issue. I would never ever recommend this dr to anyone. If possible go to a different dr. Even if they dont take your insurance anywhere else pay out of pocket
I hade alopecia barbae and I got injections... had to go 2x it worked I love this place . Was treated with kindness... unfortunately it came back 3 yrs later. And I'm goin back on monday
Honestly just a terrible experience all around. Both my 1st and 2nd appointments the service was awful, and the staff was rude. Got a biopsy and couldn’t get them to answer or return a call, finally was helped by a different dermatologist because they did absolutely nothing positive. Definitely would not return for any reason personally
