No sense of urgency on anything- Your lucky if you can get on their schedule for anything. The appointments for that matter seem like pointless money grabs. Just need our medications
For an unforgettable discussion with Dr Gruen's office personnel left a very bad taste in my mouth. I asked a girl to provide me with a layman term of the medical result of my skin cancer test. She was not nice at all. Very condescending wouldn't provide her name so I ended up going to Apex They are good. I haven't had a problem. I've been going to Dr. Guren for years and she's the best dermatologist I've ever been to. I moved out of the area and drive an hour to see her because I will never change. I have numerous skin issues and she has helped me so much.
This office has best staff!! I’m so impressed with their service and the friendliness of the staff!
The staff at Allied Dermatology seem to love their jobs! They are so happy and kind and genuinely want to help their patients. This is true from the first scheduling call, including the APP’s, and through the visit with the doctor. They show more respect and appreciation to their patients than most other doctor’s office staff and they do so with a smile!
