***Buyer beware*** When you accept the “contract”, you’re signing an arbitration agreement, as well. If you have work done, and need them to come back out, they wont. Called numerous times, finally spoke to someone, set appointments for lee to come out, and Lee never showed up...TWICE. The sad thing is I wanted them to do more work, and instead, I’ve wasted time and money. Was it worth the money...no. Scared to see what the next people find, when they go under the house. Save yourself a headache, and hire someone else.
My husband and I used this company for a job recently and it was a very bad experience. The job we needed done was a bit unusual but they made a bid to complete the work. When we accepted their bid we were told the work would take 2-3days once they started. For this particular job we had to remove our water heater and find accommodations for our pets because the workers would be coming in and out of the house. employee are not professionally trained and show up not knowing what their suppose to do on site. before you think of hiring them feel free to come see the job they did on my house and you tell me.
These men do a wonderful job. Helped us tremendously with removing insulation, setting up dehu’s. Plus a thousand other things. Men worked so hard. Can never brag on them enough. Thanks Allen and crew😀😀❤️
