Im very happy with this inspection service - They did a thorough inspection , provided with a full detailed report within less than 24 hrs. The inspector was great. He went over any potential issues on site prior to providing report & took time to answer all of my questions. I will use this service again. Had the full inspection, plus the 4 Point inspection (required by insurance provider) in Miami Dade County.
Jay was an outstanding inspector. He took the time to listen carefully to our concerns and methodically walk through areas of the home we wanted a second look at after closing. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough — spending several times longer onsite than our original inspection and making sure we understood what he was observing along the way. I am very happy with my experience with Allied. The inspector that was assigned was Anthony. He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to go over each item and answer all of my questions and went above and beyond to provide the inspection ahead of schedule. Johnny is the man!!!!! He was transparent with us throughout the process, let us ask every question our hearts desires and explained every last detail to us. He went through the house in the inspection as if he himself was the buyer. He gave advice regarding all the deficits of the house and the appropriate remediations so that we could move into a safe and healthy home for our family.
