Im very happy with this inspection service - They did a thorough inspection , provided with a full detailed report within less than 24 hrs. The inspector was great. He went over any potential issues on site prior to providing report & took time to answer all of my questions. I will use this service again. Had the full inspection, plus the 4 Point inspection (required by insurance provider) in Miami Dade County.
Jay was an outstanding inspector. He took the time to listen carefully to our concerns and methodically walk through areas of the home we wanted a second look at after closing.
