Im very happy with this inspection service - They did a thorough inspection , provided with a full detailed report within less than 24 hrs. The inspector was great. He went over any potential issues on site prior to providing report & took time to answer all of my questions. I will use this service again. Had the full inspection, plus the 4 Point inspection (required by insurance provider) in Miami Dade County.
I recently purchased a home and during the Escrow period, the inspector from the Allied Building Inspection Services came out to inspect. The inspector was incredibly thorough and he also spent the time to give us a summary of the inspection to include all items that he recommended be repaired, replaced, or cleaned. The inspection made me very comfortable in purchasing the new home. He recently inspected a rural equestrian facility and residence, last minute, a few hours away on a Sunday and his work was exceptional.
