I called to inquire about a compressor replacement. The man who answered the phone call was condescending simply because I did not say ‘air conditioning compressor’ fully. No other mechanic shop had a difficult time understanding what I was referring to. Mechanics isn’t my forte, as it’s not many others. If there was confusion, a simple follow up question to confirm we were referring to the same thing would have sufficed. Rude service, do not recommend.
Honesty and quality and great pricing. Not much more to ask for.
The owner is trustworthy, which is great. However, the location is a bit hard to find.
