This is one of the worse property management companies in the state by far. One of the employees banging on my door as if she is with the police and telling me that our designated numbered spot doesnt belong to us as it has for 12 plus years. First she was at door yelling this to my under age daughter who answered the door. These people are supposed to work for home owners not vice versa, everyone here when purchased is guaranteed 2 spots via by garage and driveway or painted space, we have a model unit with no garage so it ... read more
They don't deserve this 1 star. If you see them coming run in the opposite direction!!! The FAKE 5 stars they received are from employees...so sad
I have been less than pleased with Allied Association Management, response times and return call requests. After submitting a architectural request for home improvements, not hearing back after 2 weeks, calling to be told it would take 30 days. 30 Days in still no response, I called and emailed a total of 7 times with no response.
