Rude !!! Spent a LOT of money on cheaply made ortodic inserts. I was told that they would last several years. 1 1/2 years later and they are seperating and are broken. I called them to ask about them, and was that "my" doctor is no longer there. In 3 months I went through 2 Drs. I continued to complain, and everyone was RUDE and did not really seem to care. I was told to schedule an appointment. Which would cost me a co-pay. They told me someone would call me back. No one called back. Of course. They only want the insurance ... read more
