Was very nice but sent my puppy home when he still couldn't eat or drink on his own. He died the same night.
They were open on a Sunday morning!! We called this morning worried about our puppy, Lucy. The lady we talked to was very patient with us and knowledgeable. We really appreciate you taking the time to talk with us and leaving us feeling more educated. Thank you
From the moment we walked in till we picked up my fur baby the Dr and Nurses were exceptionally professional and caring . I recommend them to everyone . I called two other well known pet hospitals and none of them were open or Dr was out . I was very worried and they totally eased my mind . Thank you guys for caring for my Bently boy
My experience was an emergency & they took her right in & tried to save her but it was too late. They were extremely nice & treated us with utmost respect. They let me know what my options were for taking care of her burial. And they gave me a little pawpals paw print keepsake with her paw prints, a vial of her hair & has a place for a pic of her!! I would highly recommend anyone to take their pet there in event of an emergency. I rate them a 10
We needed our guy treated sooner than later for a "male dog" issue. They are wonderful there. They gave a cost estimate before consent to treat and also asked us to sign an advanced directive. Very nice staff and reasonable prices for emergency vet. Got him fixed up that day along with medication.
