The nicest veterinarian staff I’ve ever experienced!! My sweet Maple is doing so much better thanks to them!
I will never go back to this place. Took my cat in with ALL SIGNS pointing to pyometra. Vomiting, lethargy, fever, elevated wbc. They gave her fluids, antibiotics, and nausea medicine and sent her home. They would rather you spend all your $ on testing rather than diagnosing and treating. My baby could have died. Thankfully I got another vet to preform a spay for a third of what they charged for testing.
If I hadn't gotten a second opinion my cat would have died. You can't treat pyometra with antibiotics and nausea medicine. The fact they felt comfortable underdiagnosing, under-treating and then proceeded to charge almost $1k and send our cat home to die is insane. If you love your pet at all, dont take them here.
I came in last week because my puppy got attacked. Well I was there for over four hours. I got in a room was over hearing the DR not wanna check on my puppy saying he didn’t have time and he didn’t want him back there. Well the nurse convinced him to check on him he came in and said to just cut his hair and clean him. No Xray for anything he didn’t wanna deal with us. Amazing... they close at 11pm. i called at 10:57pm. Knowing they close in just minutes, she answered the phone, answered all my questions and took the time to give me directions to the closest 24 hour vet emergency clinic. She was absolutely on her game, with unbelievable with her customer service. Thank you sweet lady, I appreciate you.
