You can expect they will push back your appointment until the end of day and then at the end of the day, try to schedule a different day. They will refuse to come on the day agreed upon, "unless it's an emergency". If you can't be trusted to arrive on the day that you scheduled with your customer, you cannot be trusted to arrive another day. Happy I dodged what appears to be a massive bullet after reading reviews of being abandoned after starting and not finishing a job. Allied All City installed a brand new service line for us after failure of our previous line. It involved horizontal directional drilling 6 feet underground over a distance of over 200 ft. John responded promptly to all inquiries and gave a clear assessment and quotation. It was a big job, but they handled it in one day as promised with attention to lots of details. I was very happy with their work and the entire experience. They handled themselves very professionally. I would recommend their services.
