I am in the midst of a Allied Scam -- I will update IF and when Allied manages to pull this out of the hole they created. We have had our system serviced for years by Allied -- they came out on a monday "serviced it" and by Monday night it was broken. They shorted out the condensor because they didnt "see " the wires... I questioned them and they said they would cover the cost. Now I am either being punished for the "free" condenser or they are really running a horrible operation. Ameture hour. This company is amazing. I called today because my mom's AC went out and we received a quote from a different company saying we needed a new compressor. We didn't believe it so we called Allied because of the great reviews I saw. They squeezed us in on the same day to take a look at the problem. Within an hour and a small and reasonable fee to reprogram the thermostat, Mike from Allied had the AC working great again. We are extremely happy and I would give 6 stars if I could.
