I've been using Allied Aire for a few years now, first at a home in Mooresville and now at a home in Charlotte. Had an issue today and Mike Peterson came out to fixit - quick, competent, knowledgeable, very pleasant to deal with. Extremely happy with the service.

I just wanted to say that your technicican Jonathan was polite and professional and honest. People like that are hard to find. Best service I had in a long time. I wouldnt have anyone else work on my A/C. (Pricing a bit high in my opinion.)

Amazing service and technicians. They came out on a Saturday / holiday and repaired my unit quickly. Very grateful for locally owned and operated businesses like allied air

I am in the midst of a Allied Scam -- I will update IF and when Allied manages to pull this out of the hole they created. We have had our system serviced for years by Allied -- they came out on a monday "serviced it" and by Monday night it was broken. They shorted out the condensor because they didnt "see " the wires... I questioned them and they said they would cover the cost. Now I am either being punished for the "free" condenser or they are really running a horrible operation. Ameture hour.
