I described the issue to Codi, the Allied technician. He knew exactly what the problem was. He replaced the dirty air filter and resolved the issue. There was no charge since the service call was covered by my maintenance contract.

Colin and Daniel did a great job fixing and raising the ducts in my crawlspace so that they didn't leak any more and other trades could get the access they needed.

I recently had my AC system replaced by Allied Air Conditioning and Heating Corp, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I worked with four different team members, and each one was exceptionally friendly, honest, and easy to work with. Jeff was the first technician who came out to service my AC units. He clearly explained that one of my AC/heating units was on its last leg and walked me through the pros and cons of repairing versus replacing. Update 3/1/26 Sunday: as per Murphy’s law the heat broke on Sunday morning 5am. Called Allied after waking to cold temps at 7:30am and Left VM to Jose. He returned the call right away at 8:40. Since he was busy with other customers Jose came at 2pm fixed our problem by 2:40pm and all good! Once again great service by Allied team. I had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. Jackson and Jeff S. handled the installation, and they were truly above and beyond. They were professional, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly so I understood exactly what was being done, and they took the time to answer all of my questions.
