Not worth buying. Their ads make it look like they'll be on your team if you need to use their travel insurance but when that time came for us they didn't pay a dime citing the 'small print' in the contract. I recognize I should have read the contract in its entirety but I'm not a lawyer and I didn't have three days to wade through the legalese. I purchased a simple policy to protect my travel while purchasing my airline tickets. After being sent my policy number, my details couldn't be pulled up online or on the app. Both places had constant errors and I couldn't pull up any details for my plan. When I reached out to customer service, they sent me canned responses that did not solve my issues. Thank goodness I didn't need to use my travel insurance!
I had started an Annuity through a company called USA Life nearly 30 years ago. The policy later got transferred to Allianz Life. I really like the policy and I hope that it does pay when the time comes when I retire. My issue with the company is 1) I don't know what happened to my agent because I haven't heard from him in over 25 years and 2) I have been trying to reach them to start similar policies for my children but no one will return my messages or calls. Everytime we get our check its late, like right now. Its jan 3rd and the check is suppose to arrive at the end of the month.again its late. Also last january it was late by 2 weeks. Mayb a revision in school math might help it arrive on time.
Not worth purchasing for travel insurance. Refuse to fulfill valid claims. Significant hoops to jump through to speak to representatives.
