The absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. Every representative tells you something different, and they keep claiming that they have not recieved forms, even though I've given them reference numbers, some representatives say they have them, others don't. This is with out a doubt the most disorganized company of all time.
It has been 2 weeks, and I am still waiting for a withdrawal to cover my father's expenses. I found out today they finally sent it... but to the wrong account at the wrong bank. Who got his money? We'll see.
Just had one of those moments that makes you appreciate the little things and sometimes the big things about living in a "first-world country" even with its difficulties! My trip to Las Vegas took an unexpected turn but luckily I had travel insurance! I had to fly Ruston,LA early because of an emergency. My original flight was June 9th-13th, but I booked a new flight on June 11th, just four hours before it left. I had paid only $18 for travel insurance. Today my claim was approved by Allianz!
