Called Allianz heating and air yesterday when our central air stopped working. They told me they could have someone out today between 11:00 and 1:00. The technician Dan showed up around 9:45 this morning. Not only was he punctual he was early. He was able to assess the problem almost immediately. It was a completely clogged filter (we didn't know where the filter was located since we had just bought the house).
