Back on 2021 we hired The Alliant Group to do our R&D Credits and contractually agreed to pay no more than 35% of actual credits. Once credits were confirmed it was required by the IRS to file an amended reburn within 3 years of the original return being filed. Initially they were doing 2021 and 2022. Several Alliant Employees worked on this often asking for meetings requesting the same information a previous employee had asked for 3 months earlier.
