The automated system is frustrating
Make sure your name is removed from a property after you sell or they will still try to bill you. Even after a year and a half after the sale they billed me 50 dollars,sent it to collections, I dispute it and still try to bill the 50 dollars after that. How about using the info collections shared with and pursue the new owners of the property?

Omg I just had a tech mansplanning to me about him being lazy. He actually stated to me that he was not going to do anything until it was a problem. What. So you will only do something when there is a problem. You do tree trimming. It's part of your service. Stop being lazy and do your job. I am sick and tired of these men speaking down to you.
