Expensive service and rude, uninformed employees
Jerry T saved our house from possible disaster. He fixed a gas leak that was there awhile. He’s very thorough and personable. Thank you for your timely service.
These people will shut off your power days before your bill is due and demand payment before they turn your power back on. even after you pay it takes days for the power to come back. all my food is bad after I went shopping I spent my whole check on food. I have no money no food and no power. I write this as my phone is at 2% You have killed me Why does the Alliant energy Mafia have a monopoly on electricity? somebody please send help
We had severe storms in the area, and Alliant Energy had sent out a proactive email to all customers with a heads up about potential power issues and helpful preparation tips. When I experienced a power outage, I was able to report it effortlessly through their automated line. Within 15 minutes, a technician arrived, and they had restored the power within the next half hour.
