They were greenlit to increase everyone’s bills and they are doing so at a drastic rate. I was rarely home in June and unplugged so much stuff in my house this year compared to last year in June. I also only ran my AC unit four times in June because it was cold for being June so I had my windows open to let the nice breeze roll in. Expensive service and rude, uninformed employees
Jerry T saved our house from possible disaster. He fixed a gas leak that was there awhile. He’s very thorough and personable. Thank you for your timely service.
These people will shut off your power days before your bill is due and demand payment before they turn your power back on. even after you pay it takes days for the power to come back. all my food is bad after I went shopping I spent my whole check on food. I have no money no food and no power. I write this as my phone is at 2% You have killed me Why does the Alliant energy Mafia have a monopoly on electricity? somebody please send help
