Excellent company. Very caring. We used The village people property mgt. with Bob Garite and it was a nightmare. Bob got fired from the broker company and was leasing out short and long term rentals against Florida rules and had no official Company under sunbiz.org. Home town is official, legal and on top of everything. Highly recommend.
Pay for an application fee and don't hear wird one from them.
terrible customer service and unwillingness to go above and beyond for potential clients. Wouldn't recommend.
