This management company relies on an answering service that has no information and no ability to assist beyond saying a message will be passed along to the manager — which, in my experience, does not result in a return call. Additionally, incorrect information is provided that is not supported by the governing documents, seemingly for convenience rather than accuracy or owner assistance. Unfortunately, this type of company just reinforces the negative stigma associated with HOA living.
I would give zero stars if I could. This company SUCKS. For THREE months straight, they tried (and failed) to pull my monthly payment - same bank, same card, same setup I’ve always used. I had more than enough money in the account, yet they still claimed the payment couldn’t be processed and started stacking late fees I was never informed about. Absolutely not a professional business approach. No communication with owners, management on site, realtors. They are using a unique technic to run down any property under their management. Expect enormous condo fees, special assessment fees, late fees, zero information, zero help. Useless, and even dangerous for your property or business. Be aware!
We had a little rush situation, Kristen and Jordan came to the rescue to make sure we could get our HOA approval and close on my clients new home! Highly recommend!
I moved into a gated neighborhood and this company literally will not help with codes/access to our community. I am writing repeated emails. Also, we called last night when we couldn't get in and their response was 'flag someone down to let you in' - so obviously they very much care about the safety of the residents!
