I moved into a gated neighborhood and this company literally will not help with codes/access to our community. I am writing repeated emails. Also, we called last night when we couldn't get in and their response was 'flag someone down to let you in' - so obviously they very much care about the safety of the residents!
Very nice and professional able to get the answers I needed.
Cannot reach them by phone
Not a great experience calling them. They send you letters with an incorrect phone number. You finally find the correct phone number and you can hear the annoyance of the employee on the phone when trying to find a solution.
