Alliant is corrupt. I paid my quarterly fees for July in mid june with my BOA bill pay. Apparently, accounting has been off or in meetings and when BOA reps called they were told accounting for Alliant out of office. The property manager Cindy has ignored my emails. Now, they have blocked my portal access unless I enter banking info. So, I no longer can access records, put in portal requests and I am prohibited from calling by their Attorney Costello who put it in writing! I was double charged for my HOA payment and I sent a request for a refund. The request went unanswered with multiple email follow-ups and phone calls. I finally spoke to someone a week later and they could not reach the account receivables department so another request was sent. The person I talked to told me that a refund would take 3 weeks. So it took a week to get ahold of someone and it will take 3 weeks to receive a refund after they action the request that is now waiting on someone in AR. This is terrible customer serv... read more
Nicole, at the community center at Stoney brook at Estero. She has a great attitude. She has always resolved any issues we've had. Always keeping us informed with any projects that are going to get done and on going projects updates. She also keeps us posted on upcoming events. Thank you Nicole, for doing such a great job.
