A one star is giving this company more credit than deserved. Extremely disrespectful employees. Hours of my time taken from my family and work was wasted on the phone with incompentent employees and managers. My Doctor's office had to send the same order, multiple times. They are perfect at being robots. NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING.HORRENDOUS PHARMACY
This has to be the worst run organization that I have ever had to deal with. I waited 13 weeks for them to fill a prescription for a specialty injection and it took numerous calls for the medication to be routed to my doctor. After which they repeatedly sent me bills even though the prescription was paid for by my health insurance. Telephone calls to the customer service center were useless as the employee did nothing to resolve the issue and could only offer insincere apologies, clearly reading off a script. All I can say is that it is horrible. 4 weeks and counting to straighten out a refill. Thank God it's not life critical
Abusive is one of the words that comes to mind. I dread ordering my shots every month. It's always a bad experience. I've even had some of the ordering staff say they can take your social security number to pull up your file! Something needs to be done about this company! I've talked to Supervisors and they say it doesn't happen and then when you defend yourself they start yelling at you. Very sad.
Their website is GARBAGE. Tried to check order status multiple times over several weeks. Each time the cursor spins and says "Please Wait" and then it times out. You can check order status by phone, but it doesn't identify the prescription -- it gives you a tracking number but you don't know which prescription it is for. Tried to transfer 7 new prescriptions. They contacted the doctor three times and still missed one of them. I am not happy with this pharmacy but it is too much trouble to start over somewhere else.
