Trying to get through to a specialty department there called NIST is practically impossible. Every time I've tried, I've been put on hold for about half an hour or more. I've left messages and haven't heard back them. It's disgusting that its so hard for people who need medicine to reach this department and get prescriptions filled.
my clinic sent them prescription. They said they need 24 hours to update the information. I need medication yesterday!!!!!
This is undoubtedly one of the worst pharmacies you can select to use for any specialty medication. Their customer service representatives and supervisors are friendly enough, however, their logistics processes are a complete disaster. I had a two week window in which to receive my medication and I was promised four different times that I was receiving my medication overnight and in three of those instances it never arrived. If I can give this pharmacy a zero stars I would! I have cystic fibrosis and tomorrow will be my first day I am out of some medicine. I have been telling them for 2 weeks now I need my medicine. If I could go back to my old pharmacy I would. They never gave me a problem ever! I did talk to my doctor if I can switch pharmacy’s and they are looking into it because a lot of there cf patients are dealing with the same problem.
