I have had a few hiccups using this Pharmacy service, which I have to use because my insurance wants me to get the prescriptions I use all the time through mail order. But they are cheaper and you get a 90-day supply shipped right to your door, so I can't really complain. Horrible very horrible I make 6 calls. Inform this I was completely out of my meds, excuses are excuses how they have not received the script, the 4th call said they had it but it was too early to fill, actually a week late filling, call my dr to get a new script didn't use the one they had, I ask over and over to be overnight, which they did not do, kept getting I need to speak to pharmacist , which was closed, this happened twice, no one ever called me to email me about their issues I had to call over and over, and each ti... read more

I’ve been on calls back and forth with my insurance and the pharmacy for over a week trying to get medication sent on time. AllianceRX took 3 days to process my orders and then another 3 days to process approved prescriptions from my insurance. At this point they’re so delayed that they had to push an overnight delivery for me to be able to start medications by early the next morning. Using this pharmacy is a requirement of my Medicare Ins, but it's the worst service ever. Poorly designed website, cannot maintain it so that I can easily place renewals, because automatic renewal is no longer required. Call their 877 number, most staff is impersonal and impolite and CANNOT tell you why, but my prescription has been moved to a local pharmacy. I just don't understand why they can't answer any questions, and they are still in business with service this bad!
