Totally disappointing. Not willing to help at all. Una verguenza.
My 4 year old had a fever and a severe cough, waited an hour and a half, with one other person in the waiting room, to be told there where still 7 people in front of him. No social distancing protocol, no kids masks, staff didn't know what was going on. Just go to the emergency room across the street.
They are very slow rude and disrespectful and soooo slowww been here 2 hrs for a physical
Waste of time
Incredibly fast and super nice. I was really impressed at how organized and well ran they were. The girl wasnt even done checking us in before they were calling us back. When we got back, they were laughing with my daughter, making her feel at ease because she was scared, keeping her calm and I cannot be more thankful for that. We will be returning!!!
