Love my provider, Kaylen Bell! She listens, and acts! The facility is beautiful and very clean. And is very handicapped friendly
I cannot even describe how terrible they are. They only care about money—money, money, money—not the patients. Worst place ever. Avoid at all costs! My experience at SSM was a horrible, traumatic nightmare. I feel like I have SSM-induced PTSD. Just hearing the name makes me nauseous. I saw an SSM advertisement at the OKC airport and immediately threw it out.
Dr. Rebecca Carter is the absolute worst medical professional I have ever seen. I would never recommend her to anyone. I waited for an hour and saw her for less than 5 mins. She never once asked about my medical background or previous medications. She left the room and never came back to talk to me about the meds she prescribed me. Her nurse did. She seemed so judgmental when I described my issue and never once smiled. Stay far away from this place!
Poor service. They want you to show up 15 minutes early but they over schedule, so you will be waiting for 45 minutes to be seen.
