Literally the worst Dr Office. Poor management. Multiple visits resulted in 1 hour + waits. Why make appointments if you don’t value your patients time? Make the drive to Durant and avoid this place
Let's break this down- Customer service 6 (out of 5) stars. Nurse was amazing, GREAT at drawing blood and I didn't even fill the shot AT ALL! DR was very attentive, listened, compassionate AND very well educated in her field. She had good answers to all of my questions. I was apprehensive about going to a new doctor (for me) but they all made me feel comfortable! I found a new PCP. I would HIGHLY recommend for everyone!
Dr French was kind and very attentive! I needed to find a primary care doctor and I'm so glad she opened up a practice in Kingston! My son was having some stomach issues and I walked into the office to hopefully set up an appointment in the near future. They were able to get him set up and seen that same day! Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Thank yall so much!
I am new to the area, needing a new Physician, they were not only friendly, but knowledgeable. I have been in search of a new Pulmonologist, and Dr. French is also one!! I am extremely grateful!
Loaded up 3 very sick kids was turned away at the door was told to go to Madill to get Covid tested.. they never sent the orders over to the Madill hospital and closed their doors and went home after not doing anything they said they was going to do.
