Dr. Bagdure is the best! Very comforting and thorough
They kicked me out of the er, twice in one week. The week of our Jan mini blizzard. Literally kicked out into the Storm... They said my Vitals were fine' Great! I was hurting so bad, obvious I was in pain and had deep concerns of my degrading body and abilities. I'm 56 years old, I begged and I pleaded for help! No one looked at my charts. My issue is with the call center I have complained over a year to nothing being done. I call to speak with nurse and when I get a hold of the nurse about it I find out that they get the message at close or the very next day to them not getting it at all. I have called for an emergency refill on prescriptions since the doctor hasn't responded to pharmacy and to patient portal. Call center also doesn't send those thru as well.
