They kicked me out of the er, twice in one week. The week of our Jan mini blizzard. Literally kicked out into the Storm... They said my Vitals were fine' Great! I was hurting so bad, obvious I was in pain and had deep concerns of my degrading body and abilities. I'm 56 years old, I begged and I pleaded for help! No one looked at my charts. My issue is with the call center I have complained over a year to nothing being done. I call to speak with nurse and when I get a hold of the nurse about it I find out that they get the message at close or the very next day to them not getting it at all. I have called for an emergency refill on prescriptions since the doctor hasn't responded to pharmacy and to patient portal. Call center also doesn't send those thru as well. Refused to give referral for specialist despite severe conditions
I've always had grand service from the front house staff rather that be with checking in or scheduling my next appointment. Camilla, who I have only spoke with on the phone is so very helpful and fast. She knows my husband by his voice and immediately calls him by name. I absolutely love the service I receive here.
