Alliance Youth Services has a great mission- but is very poorly executed. They say that they are helping clients- when in reality the clients become the boss of you and you have to slave over them. The company only pays once per month which they do not tell you in the interview. They also guarantee you specific shifts and then change their mind leaving you stuck.
