Do NOT do business with this company! They suddenly and with only three weeks notice "closed" the virtual office location I paid for for three months after I signed up and then they refused to refund me! And they also lie and tell you that you can use their address and keep your home address private for entity creation but it's not legal at least not in Oregon the secretary of state declines virtual offices and will block registration applications with recognized virtual office addresses. Terrible business practices. Was a customer for many years and received a note from them stating that I had 1 week to correct my listing or I would be canceled. 1 week notice for a listing that hadnt changed since I had them. There's much better and cheaper options out there. Don't bother with them. Customer service sucks and they don't value their customers.
