A very large branch from our back yard cottonwood tree was blown down in last night's storm. I called Alliance Tree Care at about 8 this morning and their crew was at our house and done with the work by noon.Everyone we worked with, from the initial call through the final clean up was polite, friendly, professional, and efficient. We couldn't be happier with the experience.
Alliance Tree Care, Inc. was very quick to come and take care of the tree that fell on our house. They did an excellent job of removing the tree and not causing any further damage. Pat,It's always a great opportunity to work on your property and to work with you both. We're sorry about the loss of your tree and the damage to your house. Melissa & Kelby came out on Saturday, they were great to talk to. They the issue at hand ran with it. Monday they had me on the schedule for Wednesday. Kelby and his crew showed up and went to work. I did go no were I pull up a chair and watched them do a great job. A garbage truck showed for picked up the ground team went to work by delivering the containers to the truck and returned them to were they were setting. Alliance tree care dues an excellent job. No matter what size of our oak trees they have cut down, they follow best practices in safety and are very thorough explaining what they are going to do, and do a fantastic job cleaning up. We would highly recommend them.
