Worst experience ever. I spoke with two different employees at Alliance Title at Driggs Idaho to not give keys to buyer until a specific date and they both assured me they would not give the keys to the buyers until the house was recorded and I found out that the keys were given to the buyers at 9 am the day before the home closed and was recorded. The house was supposed to close on a Friday and on Monday I called and verified before I signed that the keys to the house and closing would not be until Friday and they assured m... read more

Alliance Title & Escrow was recommended to me by my realtor and I am so glad that I took her advise! I was impressed with their level of professionalism, quality, and speed of closing. My transaction was closed ahead of schedule which is extremely rare in my experience. I will certainly be closing all future real estate transactions with them. Thanks Again!
