This company has the worst warranty service, at least in Mexico. They sell defective tires and then they do not validate the warranty. Fernando Ramirez is the representative of the GALAXY brand in Mexico and the distribution is LLantrac. They sell you the product and then they simply do not serve the customer. It is a terrible service, apart from the unfair treatment of its customer service employees.
I was a little nervous about trying them but tried a set for a tractor and the tire between the lug cracked up a bit put they pull like no other tire on the market and they clean out very well. We put a set on the skid steer and wow what a difference there was
Second to none, Alliance, Primex, Galaxy, Aeolus are top notch brands and below what is considered a fair price, Chan from the ATG Central Region Distribution Center and Tim the Business Development Western Region Manager are very helpful guys and I enjoy doing business with them.
