Such a nice clean storage complex. Management is super friendly and accommodating. Ending my lease was easy. If we need a storage in the future, this is where we will go!
Avoid this location. Teresa is extremely unprofessional and discriminates she picks chooses who is allowed on-site for set amount of time. I have had multiple storage units with multiple different companies and never had this happen. She restricted my access to only 30 minutes per visit while letting others stay longer, making it impossible to manage my items. Worst of all, she used my card without authorization and kept my bank information on file against my wishes. This is a massive breach of trust and privacy—stay away.
Alliance Storage is new, clean, secure, well-maintained, easy to access, and Brandy is an excellent on-site manager. She is always keeping us up to date and informed, and lets us know if there is an issue that needs to be addressed. If there are holiday hours, she is sure to remind us. 1st of you did not end my tenancy I decided to leave second of all I was there helping my disabled father move so you wouldnt yell at them anymore there’s ways to ask politely instead of yelling at someone that isn’t capable of defending themselves . I have multiple of videos of us talking to you politely even after you called the COPS on me. Zero empathy!
