Dr Z has been terrific! I came to him with a torn rotator cuff and a desire to avoid surgery and play golf by the end of summer. I was hitting balls a week ago and played my first round this past weekend! All of his techniques and advice have me believing I may be able to avoid surgery altogether. My pain is gone and flexibility has been drastically improved. I’d highly recommend giving him a try.

I truly can’t say enough good things about Dr Z. I came in with so much hip pain, I thought he was going to tell me I needed a hip replacement. 🤣 After just one session, my pain level was drastically lower. Now two months later, I’m basically pain free in my hips! I wish I had decided to visit Alliance three years earlier. I can’t believe I walked around in so much pain for so many years IN MY 30s!!! Please, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Dr. Z. Life. Changing. Worth every penny!!!!
Was referred to them by Brad Dell/Scott Parker, to treat my sons ankle sprain + severs. Worked with Dr Z to get my son back on the field. We waited a few weeks after the initial injury to go see them and only wish we had made the call to get into Dr Z a couple of weeks sooner. He helped him recover faster but safely. Extremely nice office and the staff was friendly/helpful & acted like they "wanted to be there". Would highly recommend this group for young and old athletes!
