I had a really disappointing experience here, particularly with Suzy. Her attitude came across as extremely rude and unprofessional, and I did not feel like my concerns were being taken seriously. I expected better communication and basic courtesy, especially from a healthcare office. Unfortunately, the interaction left a very negative impression and made me uncomfortable. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously because patients deserve to feel respected and heard.
The Doctor Okapareke was patient and welcoming. Accommodating and perfect. He was patient with me. He has great bedside manners. I am please to be s patient of his. Staff were absolutely wonderful. Thank you, Cheryl Benefield
Warning warning stay away from Dr okparelle and his staff they are liers and a very unprofessional place to go to for pain management!! They have messed my medication up for 4 months in a row, can not do simple math to determine 6weeks or 4weeks to get your medication. I see dr okparelle and he did injections in my spine at my neck, he caused me extremely more amount of pain than I was in for 5 days after his injections, so even more pain he put me in. I have nothing but good things to say about all the staff at Alliance in Douglasville, they treat me with respect and kindness. The wait time to be seen is not long either. I would recommend them 100%.
As a patient here at Alliance Spine & Pain, I can honestly say, this medical team has been life changing for me. I’ve undergone multiple procedures & the consistency of care has been remarkable. Dr. Arun Joseph himself is exceptional. His attention to detail & genuine care approach has been spot on every time.
