This company took thousands of dollars from my neighbor to begin working on their roof and then never showed up nor return calls. They are a terrible business and not to be trusted. Don’t make the same mistake my neighbor did, look at their BBB profile. They get an F rating and have scores of complaints for taking money for contracted work and then never showing up again.
So far from my experience I would not trust this company. They have had my money for a new roof for over 2 months and no one has returned my calls, when I go to the office no one is there and the doors are locked.
Would have given a -0 if the system would have allowed. Plain and simple, they stole my money along with other people who I ran into at both their locations who were trying to find them. They didn't do any work and it has been 4 months now; 7 months for another person I know. They stopped all communication; will not accept any calls and do not answer texts or emails. We can't catch them at either location. We've turned the matter over to the authorities. DO NOT contract with this company. They are thieving scammers.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company is a scam. At this point they have taken out money and there is no one at the company to return our calls or messages. This has caused our family a great deal of stress. If there was a negative star rating, I would give it to them, but 1 star is all that Google will allow.
Mike was amazing, there for every step, and made the whole process easier. He made sure the insurance paid me everything I was owed. I would recommend alliance to anyone who needs a new roof.
