Update: I have discovered that servi e issues are not the dealership, but instead the warranty approval team at Alliance. When i stated so on Facebook....Alliance bans me. I regret buying an Alliance but cannot afford a 25k loss after 50 days of having my RV in my posessiin over the past 12 months. Sorry Alliance, but I have been prohibited from sharing my own issues with my unit on FB on your site. Fantastic company to deal with.
The tour guide April was great tour guide she was clear on her knowledge and had a lot of knowledge on how the units are built. What a great travel trailer with all modern technology. The units are built to withstand our road conditions we have now days with a super tough suspension. The walls are made of asdell which is waterproof. Once again April was a great tour guide filled with years of knowledge about the units and answer any questions you had about the unit you could not ask for a better tour guide I had a good time ... read more
