EXTREMELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY SALES STAFF! • -Disgusted, angry & mistrustful of this company. We have no evidence of repairs other than invoice. • -1st TIME: TX Windstorm Insurance Co. repair requirement, requested 1st repairs for $300. Repairs done & pics taken. But pictures did not match areas TX windstorm required! • -After repairs, ceiling leaked in the area where TX Windstorm said needed to be repaired. • -2nd call was made Alliance Roofing, who said it was the Airhawk, not the shingles. . • -2ND TIME: Believed... read more

POOR customer service – These folks came recommended and initially looked promising as they said they would deal with the insurance company and get me an entire new roof. However, once they got a deposit, their 'service' disappeared. They faile to return phone calls to the insurance adjuster to even meet. When the adjuster called them and set up an appointment convenient to THEIR schedule - they did not even show up! After that - I just had to cut and run!!!!!!! I'd do the same if I were you!

Alliance Roofing Co in Pearland - highly recommend – My roof was leaking into my living room and after checking out their complain standings, (since this was my first major repair since buying my house) I called Alliance Roofing, who had a great report & another company called Brinkman for estimates. Brinkman?s rep came out first and insisted that I needed a entire new roof, that my problem could not be repaired.
