My insurance company initially denied my claim for a roof repair/replacement. Austin Rodabaugh fought with them sending emails, text messages and calling until finally I got the money to replace my roof. The job was completed in one day. I can't thank them enough for their hard work. Jesus and his crew did an awesome job getting the roof completed and cleaning up afterwards. THANKS SOOOO MUCH ALLIANCE ROOFING.
The process was very smooth, the guys did a great job, and worked with our insurance on our behalf. The workers cleaned up after themselves and were very efficient. Austin Rodebaugh, (the inspector) was very informative and patient with us the whole time. He even looked out for us to keep our roof safe before a storm soon after the initial consultation. We were not expecting that! If you need roof work, don’t hesitate to call Austin!
I recently got a new roof in Evans, GA(suburb of Augusta, GA). Austin was our estimator/consultant and he did a great job. He was very thorough and took his time explaining each step.
