Very professional front staff and very competent respiratory testing staff. I was impressed with her patience, compassion and ability to explain each step of the process. The test was unfamiliar and exhausting, but the person performing it made it a positive experience. I understood, that I will be seeing a doctor right after the test to explain my results, but this did not happened. The follow up visit will be on the phone. It is a big disappointment and shows deterioration of the health system.
Being a patient of Dr Hehya keeps my breathing system getting better year after year. I will be happy to recommend him to my friends. Good staff and excellent breathing test technician.
