This company is not reputable! They have owed me a $500 deposit from a canceled apartment application on 9/22/19. I have called several times, only to get voicemail and no return call. The property is the Broadstone Tempo in Portland, OR. When I call them, they always explain that it is "out of their hands" and I need to contact Alliance.

The Grand Apartments in Sherman Oaks are HORRIBLY managed. This is the WORST apartment management company!! There are more problems with this building I can possibly enumerate in a review. I would actually give it zero stars. They spent millions on beautifying the lobby area (about one year to do) - they want a nice facade, but the halls are filthy, the elevators are filthy (and often don't work). Pico Lanai apartments in Santa Monica CA (under Alliance Residential) has not returned our security deposit even though we moved out 55 days ago. By law, they need to return it within 21 days. They admit to accounting errors that they made and that we are owed our money, but they still have not sent it. We are now taking them to small claims court.
